Gene Express
GENE EXPRESS is a board game developed at the Max Delbrück Center and Charité in collaboration with Steffen Bogen, two-time winner of the "Game of the Year" prize. The game is based on one of the most important processes in our bodies: Gene expression, the way cells use information in their genes to produce proteins. In the game, players compete with each other to try to make their own proteins. You don’t need to know any science to play! But you may learn something along the way! The game was developed in the MDC's Science Communication Teacher Training program (SCOTT).
