Picture a Scientist
Who actually carries out science? In PICTURE A SCIENTIST, a biologist, a chemist, and a geologist take the audience on a journey through the experiences of their academic careers – as women in science. The documentary highlights the discrimination and violence they experience. But it also gives us hope, because it tells the story of strength and solidarity, of courageous female scientists who stand up to injustice and set a global discourse of change and equality in motion.
