Modern technologies make it possible to read the genetic information of organisms - such as humans or pathogens - from a biological sample. But what do these long chains of A, G, T and C actually mean? What insights can be gained from this and how? What are the challenges, opportunities and risks? At this stand, we will take a playful look at this together by solving a genome puzzle and using it to diagnose an imaginary patient.
