Die Max-Planck-Forschungsstelle für die Wissenschaft der Pathogene (MPUSP) wurde 2018 von Emmanuelle Charpentier gegründet und befindet sich auf dem Campus Charité Mitte in Berlin. Es ist ein unabhängiges Institut der Max-Planck-Gesellschaft, dass die Grundlagenforschung zu pathogenen Bakterien und Viren, die Krankheiten beim Menschen verursachen, zu stärken.
